A button that doesn't respond, an error message, a strange display? Don't panic: here's how to get help quickly.

First, search the help center: the answer is often there
For a bug, write to us from the help center (the help bubble at the bottom right)
Attach a screenshot and copy the error message
Describe what you were doing and what happened
First, look for an answerMany issues already have their answer in the help center. Open it and type a few keywords (what you're trying to do, or the message displayed): you may find the solution in a few seconds.
Report the problemIf you can't find it, write to us from the help center. Describe the issue as clearly as possible, and add a screenshot: that's often what makes it possible to understand and fix it fastest.
The information that helps us fix it fastFor quick handling, indicate:
What you were doing at the time of the problem (which page, which action)
What happened and what you expected instead
The exact error message (copied or as a screenshot)
Since when it has been happening, and whether it's systematic or occasional
If it concerns a client: the gallery in question and the client's email
Your device/browser (computer or mobile, Chrome, Safari…)
