🔗 Connect your Stripe account
When setting up the store, you are redirected to Stripe to create or connect your account. Once linked, your clients' payments arrive directly to you.
🏦. When am I paid?
A collected customer payment, your available Stripe balance and a payout received in your bank account are three separate stages. A successful payment does not mean the funds are already available or have reached your bank. There is no universal payout date or timeframe: check the status and schedule shown for your Stripe account.
Check that you are viewing the Stripe Express account linked to your Pelli store, that identity verification is complete, and that both payments and payouts are enabled. If verification is requested, complete it directly in Stripe; if the issue remains unresolved, contact support.
Never share your SMS code, one-time code or login password with support. Support must never ask you for them.
