Sharing my galleries: the types of sharing and how to do it

Sharing is the moment when your work comes to life on your clients' screens. Pelli offers several channels: it's up to you to choose the most convenient one depending on the situation.

A quick reminder: if your gallery is still in draft, you must publish your gallery before you can share it with your client.

The link and the QR code

At the top of each gallery, the link (yourname.pelli.io/gallery-name) is copiable in one click : send it via WhatsApp, Messenger, email… however you like. A QR code is also downloadable (printable in A4 size), perfect for your flyers or paper materials. If the gallery is password-protected, you can include it in the link for direct access.

By email

Sending by email dispatches an invitation in your colors (your logo, your name). You benefit from autocomplete for your clients (type the first few letters), a customizable message, and reusable email templates (Pro and Ultra plans). Your client receives a direct link, not a generic message.

By SMS

For clients more responsive to SMS: select a contact or enter a number, the message is pre-filled with the link and customizable. Sending uses SMS credits (1 SMS = 160 characters); if your balance is insufficient, Pelli offers to top it up.

Granting permanent access (access control)

Rather than a simple link, you can attach the gallery to your client's account (by email). It then appears in their "My galleries" area, accessible at all times even if they lose the link. Ideal when several people access the same gallery (the newlyweds, the parents, a vendor): each one has their own access, and you can remove any of them at any time.

Letting your clients share

From the gallery, your clients can themselves share its link and spread it on social media (X, LinkedIn). You can also generate share links that only give access to certain folders of the gallery, so you only show what you want.

What your client sees

Your client clicks the link and arrives directly on your gallery: your colors, your banner, your logo. No Pelli home page, no advertising, no distraction. It's your world.

Depending on the options you've enabled, they can:

• Browse through your photos and folders

• Download their images

• Like their favorites

• Comment directly on the photos

• Make their selection to indicate their choices to you

And all of this without creating an account. Your client needs nothing more than the link. Zero friction, just your images.
