The task board is a Kanban board integrated into your dashboard β a system of columns where you move your tasks from left to right as they progress. Simple, visual, effective.
Key points
4 default columns: To do, In progress, Waiting on client, Done
Each task has a title, a description, a priority, and a due date
Link a task to a client
Move tasks by drag-and-drop
You can access the task board from your photographer space, in the "Tasks" section of the sidebar.
A second view is available directly on a client's profile, in the "Tasks" tab. The same board is displayed but filtered specifically on the client.
Your board is organized into 4 columns, created automatically from your first use:
To do (purple)
In progress (orange)
Waiting on client (red)
Done (green)
To create a new task, you need to fill in:
A title (required)
A description
A priority: high, medium, or low (medium by default).
A due date (optional) β the card displays a visual indicator: green if it's in the future, orange if it's today, red if it's overdue.
A client (optional) β you can associate the task with a client from your CRM. Their name and email are displayed on the card.
All tasks are moved by drag-and-drop:
From one column to another to change their status (from "To do" to "In progress", for example)
Within the same column to change the visual priority order
Each task can be attached to a client. The benefit is twofold:
From the global task board, you see all your tasks from all your clients in one place
From the client profile ("Tasks" tab), you see only the tasks linked to that client, always in Kanban form
It's the same board, but filtered. Handy for instantly finding what remains to be done for a specific client.
Some tasks are created for you without you having to think about it:
When a visitor sends you a message via the contact form, a task is automatically added to the "To do" column with the title "Message from [name]" and the visitor's contact details in the description
When a prospect leaves their contact details via the AI assistant, a task is created in the same way with the note "(via AI)"
In both cases, a client is also created automatically in your CRM.
