The public AI assistant is a chatbot in your image, on your Pelli site: it answers your visitors 24/7 and can turn a visit into a contact request.
Answer questions about your business : your services, your rates, your process, your service area. It relies on the information you've provided (see "How to feed it" below).
Suggest slots and appointments to your prospects : if you enable this option, the assistant checks your real availability (Pelli calendar + Google Calendar), suggests concrete slots to the visitor (e.g. "9:00am, 10:30am, 2:00pm"), and creates the appointment after confirmation. If a slot is no longer free at the time of confirming, it automatically suggests alternatives.
Collect a prospect's contact details : if you enable this option, the assistant can gather the name, email, phone, and message of an interested visitor. The information arrives directly in your CRM as a task.
By default, it displays automatically on your public Pelli page (your home page and your galleries). As soon as you enable it, it's visible to all your visitors β no technical configuration is needed.
You can also embed it on your own website by adding a line of code (to copy-paste from your photographer space).
Your assistant relies on three sources of information, which can be combined:
1. Your knowledge base : you create question/answer entries in your settings. For example: "What are your wedding rates?" β "My packages start fromβ¦". You can add as many as you like, enable/disable them individually, and organize them by category.
2. The content of your website : you enter your site's URL, and the assistant browses it automatically. It extracts your services, rates, process, service area, client reviews, links, etc. You can add up to 5 sites, relaunch the analysis if your site has changed, and review what the assistant has retained. The system prevents adding the same domain twice.
3. Your Pelli information : the assistant has access to your biography, your company name, your website, and your social links as entered in your Pelli settings.
You can customize the following settings:
The welcome message β the first message the visitor sees when they open the chat. By default: "Hello! How can I help you?"
The custom instructions β a free field where you describe the tone to adopt, what it should highlight, what it should avoid saying.
The suggested questions β up to 5 questions displayed to the visitor to help them start the conversation. By default, 4 suggestions are offered (services, rates, availability, contact). You can edit them, add some, remove some, or revert to the default values.
The appearance of the widget (if embedded on your site) β the color of the bubble and its position (bottom right or bottom left). The button text automatically adapts to the contrast of the chosen color.
The assistant automatically detects the visitor's language and replies in the same language. Seven languages are supported: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch.
Yes. All conversations are recorded and viewable in your dashboard. You see what was said, to whom, and which actions were triggered (appointment booked, contact collected).
