Activate the Pelli printing solution
Go to Online store → Labs. Connect the Pelli printing solution, choose the products you want to offer (prints, albums, supports…) and set your selling prices. Your clients' orders are then produced and shipped automatically.

Already working with a lab you like? Suggest it so we can add it over time. We favour a direct link between photographers and quality labs.
Go to Online store → Labs, click "Suggest a lab" and fill in its details. You can also email us at [email protected].
Unexpected charges on delivery?
Contact support with the order reference, delivery destination and evidence of the charges requested or paid (invoice, receipt or carrier notice).
Support needs to investigate the case to determine the source of the charges: do not assume they are customs fees. Coverage of the charges, a refund or compensation is not guaranteed; any such arrangement must be confirmed for your case after investigation.
