The smart survey is the engine behind the Review Booster: it measures your clients' satisfaction at the ideal moment and reports their feedback to you.

Set up a custom question (for example "How was your photo session?"), choose a star threshold (from 1 to 5, default 3), and select the moments when the survey appears: after confirming the selection of favorites, after downloading a gallery or an image, or after an order.
When your client interacts with one of these triggers, a window opens with the question and a rating from 1 to 5 stars. The system then applies smart filtering logic:
Rating equal to or above the threshold : your client is thanked and then automatically redirected to your external review page (Google, Trustpilot, etc.)
Rating below the threshold : your client sees a free text field to leave you private feedback, which arrives only by email — never on a public platform

Everything you need to know about the smart survey and the review booster 
Here are the customization and configuration options for the smart survey:
Question asked to the client — free text, 500 characters max (default: "How was your photo session?")
Message for lower ratings — the text shown when the rating is low, above the feedback field (default: "What could I improve?", 500 characters max)
Redirection threshold — a number of stars from 1 to 5 (default: 3). Clients who give this rating or higher are redirected to your review page. The others see the private feedback field.
