Link your Google review

In the Review Booster settings, add your Google review link (Pelli can find your business automatically). Customize the badge shown to your clients: emoji, title, button text.

The smart filter

Before sending to Google, Pelli asks a satisfaction question (rating from 1 to 5). You set a threshold:

• Rating above the threshold → the client is invited to publish a Google review

• Rating below it → their feedback is sent to you privately (no negative public review)

That's the whole point: you maximize good reviews in public while collecting criticism internally to improve.

When the request appears

The request is triggered after a positive client action, depending on what you enable: selection confirmation, download or order. The request is made by email.

Customization options

You can visually customize the badge that will be displayed on your public page and in your galleries to encourage your clients to leave a review, from your photographer space in Settings > Marketing.

• Enable / disable the badge

• Icon — an emoji of your choice via a complete emoji picker (or "none" to display nothing)

• Title — the text displayed in the box

• Button text — the label of the clickable button

Frequently asked questions

Will I receive negative reviews in public? No: only satisfied clients (rating ≥ your threshold) are directed to Google; more mixed feedback reaches you privately.

Is the request sent by SMS? No, by email.

Can I choose when the request is sent? Yes, via the triggers (selection, download, order).
