💳 Secure online payment
Two options:
1 - online payment by Stripe (the money goes directly to your account, a 3% Stripe fee applies). Pelli handles 20 currencies, determined by your country.
Simply connect your Stripe account with your IBAN and automatically collect client payments. Transactions are processed via modern security protocols (SSL/TLS).
2 - in-person payment (cash, cheque, transfer)
Enable manual mode and track your orders directly in Pelli. This mode lets you manually validate each order, add internal notes (cheque received, transfer confirmed) and keep clear tracking until your products are shipped.
📦 What the client receives
After payment, the client receives their digital photos automatically (download link) and an invoice. For physical products, the lab prints and ships.
